L’Isolina is a food company rooted in regenerative agriculture and direct farm relationships. Everything we do is about the connection between farming and flavor—believing that better farming leads to better food: more flavorful, more nutritious, and better for the planet.
We currently have two product lines, a Regenerative, Whole-Grain Pasta, and Spaghetti Dust, a line of spice blends drawing on regional Italian cooking.
We produce our pasta with delicious varieties of whole grain wheat, regeneratively grown and stone-milled by our partner farms on the East End of Long Island who farm the right way, prioritizing the health of the land and the community.
Our Spaghetti Dust is made with direct-sourced spices and herbs, selected for flavor, texture and vibrancy. Our current product is an Aglio Olio e Peperoncino blend made with toasted garlic, calabrian chili, vibrant parsley and sea salt. We have additional Spaghetti Dust products in development, set to launch in the Fall.
