Check banned ingredients by retailers here before you select a retailer of interest. With banned ingredients, you can’t proceed with the retailer.
You need to meet margin expectations of the retailer of interest. (Typically around 40%)
Below are our projected costs for Fresh Thyme Market (as an example):
1. Fresh Thyme Market Projected Costs:
  - 18% Service Fee: Since Pod works on consignment, Pod would take an 18% service fee off the landed cost per case to Fresh Thyme. For example, if Fresh Thyme is paying $50/ case, Pod would take our 18% (ie. $9) off this landed cost, and the rest will get paid to you twice per month.
  - $35/ SKU/ Month/ Warehouse Storage Fee: Pod would take a monthly storage fee of $35/ SKU/ Month/ Warehouse. This is for dry/ambient temp storage. For example, if you have 2 SKUs activated in our Chicago Warehouse that services all of the individual Fresh Thyme stores, your total monthly storage fee would be $35/ SKU x 2 SKUs x 1 warehouse = $70/ Month. This $35/ SKU is based on a pallet position at the warehouse.
  - Freight Handling Fee: Pod takes the following handling fees on received inbound inventory to each of our warehouses: $15 Freight Handling for a Single SKU Pallet, or $30 Freight Handling for a Multi SKU Pallet.
